The Sports Centre in Basingstoke has a broad programme of activities for our Seniors. It is well documented that exercise is hugely beneficial as we get older; helping to maintain mobility and balance, as well as keep bones and joints healthy. The Sports Centre is a great place to come and socialise, keep fit and make new friends.
Membership
There is a special membership package for Seniors. This includes unlimited swimming, classes and gym. Payment can be on a direct debit. Tthere are various offers available.
